Trent Robert Ghiringhelli

Trent Robert Ghiringhelli was born in September of 1973, the year that Aetna Springs was sold by his maternal grandfather, George Bennet Heibel.  He is the youngest son of John & Helen Ghiringhelli, and spent the first eighteen years of his life in their family home in St. Helena.  Growing up, Trent was always active, excelling in athletics and academics too, but only when it was absolutely neccesary. Many of his fondest memories and experiences occured at the ranch; fishing, hunting, working, cutting firewood, picnicing, and too many adventures that must only be shared in person! After Graduating from St. Helena High School in 1991, Trent headed to the Rocky Mountains to enter the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado, Boulder.  In 1995, he earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Marketing.  Returning to California in 1996, he managed a local cigar shop for a couple of years until being hired by ZD Wines in 1998.  Trent gained much of his wine knowledge during his ten plus years as the deLeuze family's Wine Educator, learning as much as he could and sharing the knowledge with staff and visitors alike.  If you have the chance to visit Heibel Ranch Vineyards, he'll be sure to share the history of his family's ranch, Aetna Springs, and the Napa Valley with you!
